Really, the Great Commandment connects with the ministry of healing prayer? But let’s think again! Our life and ministry flow from our love from and for God the Father. If this relationship is not right, it is a “major block” in our spiritual journey. Healing and transformation become essential in our spiritual growth.
Our belief in Christ — His Presence, His power and more — largely determines our ministry and much of Church life. Could it be that reflecting on our actual belief in Jesus, desiring to grow in this — might be the most important “work” that we do to lessen a bottleneck in our service for the Kingdom of God?
In Christ are hidden treasures of wisdom. This should be no surprise, since Jesus is Lord, God, Co-creator of the Universe, and fully divine. His teachings cover anger, love, life, peace, forgiveness, sin, death, righteousness – all the issues of the human life. Why not fully rely on His wisdom in His Presence for our healing and transformation?
